The agency claimed gold in the West Midlands regional section of the ESTAS, and took home the bronze prize in the national awards against some extremely strong competition.
In 2017, Henley Charles Estate Agents went above and beyond the accolades of the previous year, again winning numerous customer service awards. The agency claimed gold in the West Midlands regional section of the ESTAS, and also took home the best in county award against some extremely strong competition.
The award was announced during a luncheon ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London by TV property expert and former ‘buying agent’ Phil Spencer. Nine hundred of the UK’s top property professionals attended the event.

The ESTA Awards are now celebrating their thirteenth year of determining the best estate and letting agents in the UK, making them the largest and longest running awards in the industry. The annual event is regarded as the Oscars of the UK estate agency industry.
